A quite mad yet genius Tremere elder architect Prince who is also a Tremere Lord, this egnigmatic fellow is seldom seen outside of Formal Court and his senchenal holds the keys to seeing him and knows it, often accepting prestation to grease the wheels.

Maximus Vulcan as he presently calls himself, is quite powerful. Yet he is encentric. Whether you catch him when lucid or mad, either way he is dangerous and brilliant.
